Problem: Cannot obtain Authentication Token

• Symptom

  You try to license an agent and you get the following message:

  Cannot obtain Authentication Token. Additional Information: invalid character 'E' looking for beginning of value
  

• Cause

  User cannot authenticate to the CxLink Portal API

• Solution

  Ensure that your username/password are correct.

No free licenses found to register this host

• Symptom

  You try lo register an agent and you get the following message:

  No free licenses found to register this host.
  Press enter to continue
  

• Cause

  Your contract has no free licenses.

• Solution

  Access your CxLink Portal account and check that you have free licenses to be used or release a license attached to a decomissioned server.
