Accessing the Dashboard

The CxLink Run is a web-based management console that provides centralized control and monitoring of your backup operations. This guide will help you access and sign in to the dashboard.

Prerequisites​

Before accessing the dashboard, ensure you have:

  • A valid CxLink Portal account
  • Internet access to reach the dashboard URL
  • A supported web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge)

Signing In​

  1. Access the Dashboard

  2. Sign In Process

    • Enter your CxLink Portal email address
    • Enter your password
    • Click "Sign In"
First Time Users

If this is your first time accessing the dashboard, you may need to:

  1. Request access from your system administrator
  2. Complete the email verification process
  3. Set up your password
