Cxlink Suite is a cloud-based solution that is updated on a regular basis. The updates are released in the form of service packs, which are cumulative updates that include new features, enhancements, and bug fixes. The service packs are released every 3 months.

Service packs are released every 3 months and include new features, enhancements, and bug fixes. The service packs are cumulative, which means that each service pack includes all the updates from the previous service packs.

Hotfixes

Hotfixes are released as needed to address critical issues in the form of transport requests. Hotfixes are cumulative, which means that each hotfix includes all the updates from the previous hotfixes.
