What is new in this version?

Version 723 is a major upgrade in terms of stability and performance without affecting usability. A List of major changes that comes with this version are:

  • Microsoft Azure is now supported for both Documents and Archive modules.
  • Webdynpro /LNKAWS/S4MANAGER has been deprecated in favor of using the SPRO configuration steps available at /n/LNKAWS/IMG_SPRO.
  • Multiple fixes and improvements have been added with this release.

Why we decided to move away from /LNKAWS/S4MANAGER webdynpro?​

While webdynpros are an easy way to create small configurations menus, it can be tricky to maintain and avoid some bugs while the configuration becomes more complex. CxLink Suite is growing and also the parametrization and customizing for each module. Keeping all this configurations in a single webdynpro wasn't neither friendly nor

With the creating of the SPRO configuration steps, we think we make all the process easier to understand and follow while following SAP standard procedures.
