Data Privacy

Cxlink Suite has been build with data privacy in mind. The solution does not collect any information from your SAP system. The only data that Cxlink Suite stores is the minimal required information for licensing purposes.

Business Data​

Cxlink Suite does not collect any information from your SAP system. In the same way all documents, archive sessions or extracted data is stored in the customer's cloud storage provider. No information passes through the Cxlink Portal.

Licensing​

CxLink Suite works in a similar way to SAP licensing. We obtain a minimum set of information from your SAP system to generate a license key. Once the license key is generated, the license key is stored in the SAP system and is used to enable the functionality of the CxLink Suite.

To help you identity the licenses in the Cxlink Portal, we will store the following information for identification purposes:

  • Message Server
  • SAP System ID

Licensing information in Cxlink Portal

No business or any other information is collected or stored.

The License Key retrieved from the CxLink Portal will display the license material that you are contractually licensed for. The license key will enable the functionality of your license entitlement.
