Our product is licensed per SAP production environment, with all non-productive environments included in the same license for up to 5 servers. We offer two licensing models to cater to different organizational needs: a Subscription Model and an Enterprise Model. This document outlines the details of our licensing models, support options, and additional costs.


Licensing Models

Subscription Model

The Subscription Model offers a straightforward licensing option with flexible validity periods. Customers can choose a license with a validity of 1, 2, or 3 years. This model is designed for organizations looking for a predictable, time-bound licensing structure.

  • Validity Options: 1 year, 2 years, or 3 years
  • Environments Covered: One SAP production environment and up to five non-productive environments

Enterprise Model

The Enterprise Model is tailored for large organizations with complex and unique needs. This model provides a customized licensing solution to meet the specific requirements of enterprise-level customers.

  • Customizable Licensing: Adapted to the specific needs of the customer
  • Environments Covered: To be determined based on the customer's landscape

Support Options

We offer two support models to ensure that our customers receive the assistance they need based on their chosen licensing model.

Basic Support

Basic Support is included with the Subscription Model and provides reliable assistance during standard business hours.

  • Availability: 8x5 support in CET timezone
  • Channels: Email and web
  • Coverage: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CET

Enterprise Support

Enterprise Support is designed for customers with the Enterprise Model, offering comprehensive 24/7 support to ensure continuous operation and quick issue resolution.

  • Availability: 24/7 support
  • Channels: Web, email, and phone
  • Coverage: Round-the-clock, every day of the year

Additional Costs

Please note that cloud resources are charged separately by the cloud service provider. These costs are not included in the licensing fee and must be managed directly with the provider. This ensures that customers can select the cloud resources that best meet their performance and budgetary requirements.
