Cxlink Configuration

Finally, you must define an administrative origin to be used and connect to AWS for storage. Alternatively, you can use the default SAP administrative origin for testing purposes(archeb and arthurdent).

ILM Store

After this previous configuration, we access the Cxlink Information Lifecycle Management with the transaction /LNKAWS/IMG_ILM_STOR and establish a relationship between the administrative origin and the storage resource in which we want to store:

  1. Click the New button.
  2. Add the relationship between the administrative origin and the AWS Bucket.
  3. Click the Next button to display a summary. Once you have confirmed the information, click the Create button to add it to the list.

Check Configuration

Once the data has been created, we can run the Check button to make sure everything is configured correctly. After saving, you can now use ILM by default and view the data stored in the AWS portal in S3.

tip

Please be advised that the application log object for the ILM Store is ILM_STOR. The Cxlink for ILM Solution generates information in the same log. To access the logs of all operations performed in the store, please start transaction SLG1 and enter the object as ILM_STOR.
