Buckets Management

This section provides information to help you create, mantain and delete buckets used by CxLink ABAP Suite.

List all buckets

Follow these steps to list all buckets from the console:

  1. Open Management Console with SAP transaction /n/LNKAWS/S4MANAGER
  2. Jump into the Buckets Management tab.

Create a bucket

Follow these steps to create a bucket from the console:

  1. Open Management Console with SAP transaction /n/LNKAWS/S4MANAGER
  2. Jump into the Buckets Management tab.
  3. Press Add to create a new line.
  4. Choose a Bucket Name (remember that the name should be unique globally and that the CxLink ABAP Suite will add the SAP SID as a prefix to the bucket name).
  5. Select the Create option.
  6. Select the IAM User from the Credentials list to be used to access the bucket.
  7. Select the rest of options based on your needs as described in the Buckets Management section.
  8. Press Save.

Import a bucket

  1. Open Management Console with SAP transaction /n/LNKAWS/S4MANAGER
  2. Jump into the Buckets Management tab.
  3. Press Add to create a new line.
  4. Open the bucket selector and choose your desired Bucket Name (ABAP Suite Console will inherit all the properties of the ).
  5. Ensure that the Create option is unselected.
  6. Select the IAM User from the Credentials list to be used to access the bucket.
  7. Press Save.

Delete a bucket

WARNING

Before you can delete a bucket from the ABAP Suite Console, you will need to ensure that the bucket is empty.

  1. Open Management Console with SAP transaction /n/LNKAWS/S4MANAGER
  2. Jump into the Buckets Management tab.
  3. Select the bucket to be deleted.
  4. Press Delete.
